Intent configuration

Configure expected questions and localized answer templates used by the owner assistant.

Example: “Pricing question” becomes the ID pricing-question.

Easy patterns Example: ^how much matches messages beginning with “how much”.

Regex symbols and examples

Matching ignores letter case. Use ordinary words or keywords when possible.
